Instructions
- Wash and diced chicken breast. Add some light soy sauce and five spice powder, set aside for 15 minutes
- Pan-fry chicken until golden brown
- Beat eggs and add sugar and pepper
- Pour egg mixture into a flat pan and cook into a crepe using low heat. Remove from the pan and slice into long strips.
- Roll chicken with egg crepe and secure with a toothpick
- Add grape tomatoes

-You can replace the chicken breast with other type of meat.
-You may also use other fruits and vegetables such as cucumber and apples.
-Make this appetizer dish healthier by removing the skin of the meat.
