- 1 baby chicken
- 1 ginger sliced
- 4 cups milk
- some spring onion section
- Wash and placed chicken in a soup pot. Add 4 cups of water, ginger and milk
- Bring the water to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Season with salt to taste.
- Sprinkle spring onions before serving
Clean the whole chicken thoroughly, removing all the innards from the cavity and trim away excess fatty bits so that the chicken soup will be clear and non oily.
